Experienced health economist with a background in mathematics, software engineering, biostatistics, systematic literature reviews and health economic and impact evaluations.
Mariana has a BSc in Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), MSc in Software Engineering from City University (UK) and a Diploma for Graduates in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (UK).
Mariana has five years of experience working as a software developer consultant in the private sector and eight years of health research experience working as a health economist at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She has been working as a consultant for non-governmental organisations including UNAIDS, PATH, IPPF and in the private sector in collaboration with PwC/Takeda and P-95/Pfizer.
Mariana has extensive experience in economic evaluation methods, econometrics, biostatistics and in undertaking systematic reviews and meta-analyses in the areas of HIV/TB, sexual & reproductive health, rare diseases, health systems & financing and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) for pharmaceutical products.

Experienced epidemiologist with a strong background in public and global health policy, biostatistics, data science, systematic literature reviews and impact evaluations.
Triantafyllos has a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from the International Hellenic University (Greece), MSc in Public Health Nutrition from London Metropolitan University (UK) and is a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (UK)
Triantafyllos was a Research Fellow in Epidemiology & Data Science at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He has a breadth of health research experience working in academia and with national and international non-governmental organisations including UNAIDS, IPPF and ICRW as a nutritionist, policy evaluation specialist, epidemiologist and data analyst for the last fifteen years.
Triantafyllos has extensive experience in environmental and social epidemiology, public and global health policy, cluster randomised trials and quantitative impact evaluation methods in the areas of environmental health, non-communicable diseases, alcohol and food policy, sexual & reproductive health, HIV stigma, and health systems.
